Main composition

The vacuum emulsifying mixer is mainly composed of water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, electric control system (PLC is optional), operation platform, etc.

Usage and application field

The product is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, bio pharmaceutical industry, food industry, paint and ink, nanometer materials, petrochemical industry, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, pulp & paper, pesticide, fertilizer, plastic & rubber, electrics and electronics, fine chemical industry, etc. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for material of high base viscosity ad high solid content.

High speed homogenizing mixing system

1.1 High-speed homogenizing-mixing activity is accomplished by one turbine installed on the center bottom of tank.

1.2 Turbine is composed of dentate stator and rotor with impeller.

1.3 Turbine is made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, rotating parts pass the dynamic balancing coaxial shaft.

1.4 The timing is controlled by PLC to facilitate the setting of working time. The mixer will not work if the time is not set.

1.5 Adjust speed by frequency control: 1150-3500 rpm

It is suitable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical company to making cream, lotion, hair color etc.

· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
